What happens when my trial ends?

Free usage stops after 7 days or when you use the 100K-token allowance, whichever comes first. You are not charged automatically: the trial needs no card. To keep building, move to a paid plan.

How do I continue on a paid plan?

Eligible paid workspaces manage billing in Studio. To start on Builder or Enterprise, contact sales.

Is there a free plan?

No. The free trial lasts 7 days. Continued use needs a paid plan.

What is the difference between a hosted sandbox and production?

A hosted sandbox activation runs what you build so your team can try it. Customer-facing production is not part of the trial or Builder; it is scoped on Enterprise with your deployment and scale requirements.

Do unused Builder tokens roll over?

No. Builder includes 2M tokens each month, and unused included tokens do not carry into the next month.
